Meringue Bakery, located in Stoddard, WI, specializes in special event cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, dessert tables, wedding favors, and other fine baked goods.  We believe in full circle baking that starts with the freshest local ingredients,and baking with love and skill to give each client a dessert to celebrate life’s most special milestones.

Where are we located? We have a beautiful licensed industrial bakery within our home, located just near the entrance to Goose Island.  Our address is N252 Lisa Lane in Stoddard WI.   

Why local?  The second we made the commitment to always turn to local farmers first our quality improved by leaps.  By relying on our farmers, our friends, we are able to utilize produce picked the morning we need it. We love to live in farm country and are proud to use fresh ingredients and bake with care and integrity in each batch.
